Itinerary:

Downtown Nashville comes alive every June with the CMT Music Festival for 4 days of autograph signings, photo opportunities and more then 70 hours of concerts, family activities and more. Over 400 artists and celebrities appear at the CMA Music Festival ranging from rising stars to the current favorites. There will be the usual autograph and picture sessions at the Nashville Convention Center, all day performances at the Riverfront Park and the evening performances at The LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans.

Hotel and Shuttles: We will be staying at the Fiddlers Inn near Opryland Hotel. There is a shuttle bus that picks you up near our hotel every 30 minutes and will take you to downtown Nashville where you can catch the free shuttle or go directly to LP Field for the activities there. After the evening show, the hotel shuttles will pick you up at LP Field and take you back to your hotel. There will be free shuttles running from the The LP Field, Riverfront Park and the Convention Center during all of the music festival.

Seats: We have new seats this year for the evening concerts. We are on the Club Level in Section 218, Rows P, Q, R and S in seats 1, 2, 3 and 4. The Club Level has an air conditioned lobby where refreshments are sold along with tables and chairs to sit and relax. A great view...end of the isle sets and Air Conditioning...how much better can it get!!!!!

Transportation: We will be flying on Continental Airlines to Nashville this year. All airport transfers are included.

Wednesday, Jun. 4
Arrive in Nashville around 3 pm
3 – 8pm: Parade and Free Block Party at the Gaylord Center outside

Thursday, Jun. 5
11:00am: Riverfront Stage Kick-Off for the festival to start
7:30pm: Opening Ceremonies at the Coliseum
8:00pm: Evening Performance

Friday, Jun. 6
11:00am to 4pm: Autograph and Picture sessions at the Convention Center
10am to 6:30PM: Riverfront Stage Performances
8pm: Evening Performance

Saturday, Jun. 7
11:00am to 4am: Autograph and Picture sessions at the Convention Center
10am to 6:30pm: Riverfront Stage Performances
8pm: Evening Performance

Sunday, Jun. 8
11:00am to 4pm: Autograph and Picture sessions at the Convention Center
10am to 6:30pm- Riverfront Stage for afternoon shows
8pm: Evening Performance
