We had such a great time last year we thoght why not repeat! Why not start your 2013 pff opn the right foot and join us in the land of sun and sand. We will be staying in Daytona Beach at the Holiday Inn Resort for 22 glorious nights! All the rooms face the ocean with a panoramic view that allows you to watch the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony. The property has exclusive access tothe beach, a heated pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and an onsite restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.
Your trip will include side trips once we reach our Daytona Beach destination. We have planned this trip year's trips to include a musical theater, group dinners, and airboat ride, Ocala Horse Farm Tour, Kennedy Space Center, St. john' s River Cruise, Dog Track Outing, Orlando Science Center and a couple other surprises! We always offer trips weekly o th Flea Market, grocery shopping and several lunch dates. We also are extremely lucky to have the Atlantic Room at the Resort which we use as our social headquarters. In the Atlantic Room we play cards, watch movies have potlucks and of course breakfast every morning (included).
The first night lodging on the road will be in Nashville, TN at the Radisson Opryland Hotel. Your second night on the road loding will be in Valdosta, GA at the LaQuinta Inn. We make our grand entrance to Datytona Beach on the thirid day early afternoon After you are checked into your room and your luggage delivered we load you back up on the coah and head to the grocery store. Your lodging on the return trip we will be returning to both Drury Inns one in Marietta, GA and the second night in Mt. Vernon, IL. All hotels in route offer a hot breakfast buffet in the morniong. Your luinch and dinner on the road are at your own expense. We do make comfort stops approximately every two hours once we are rolling down the highway.
